Royal Bee Design ships worldwide using trusted carriers including PPL, FedEx and DHL, depending on the destination, parcel weight and size.
All orders are carefully packed with special attention to the fragile nature of marble and natural stone.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced individually and dispatch times vary depending on the scope of the project. Estimated production and delivery timelines are always communicated individually.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
delivery destination
parcel weight and dimensions
selected shipping method
Any promotional or complimentary shipping (e.g. within the Czech Republic) is applied automatically at checkout and may change without prior notice.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on:
carrier operations
customs clearance
destination country
Royal Bee Design cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure events.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Customers are requested to report any damage or defect related to delivery within 48 hours of receipt in order to allow timely investigation and, where applicable, submission of a claim with the carrier or insurer.
To enable efficient processing, the report should include:
a clear description of the issue
photographs of the product
photographs of the packaging and shipping labels
Customers are requested to retain the damaged items and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Reporting within this timeframe supports prompt resolution and insurance handling and does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Certain oversized, heavy or bespoke items may require special delivery arrangements. In such cases, shipping details and costs will be confirmed individually prior to dispatch.
Any reporting deadlines related to shipment damage affect insurance handling only and do not limit statutory consumer rights arising from defective performance.
