These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and services offered through the website www.royalbee.co (the “Website”) by Royal Bee Design (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order through the Website or by commissioning a custom-made product, the customer (“Customer”, “you”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to:
ready-to-ship products sold online, and
made-to-order, bespoke, or custom-manufactured products.
The applicable version of the Terms is the one published on the Website at the time the order is placed.

Royal Bee Design products are crafted from natural materials such as marble, onyx, travertine, and other natural stones. Each piece is unique by nature.
Variations in:
colour, veining, shade
texture, pattern, or small fissures
are inherent characteristics of natural stone and do not constitute defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are handmade or finished by artisans. Minor differences between individual pieces are a hallmark of craftsmanship, not a flaw.
Products are not supplied for testing or trial.
Prices are shown on the Website in EUR, unless stated otherwise.
Prices include applicable VAT for EU customers, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
For deliveries outside the EU, all customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer and payable directly to the carrier or authorities.
Prices are those valid at the time of order confirmation and may change without prior notice.
An order placed by the Customer constitutes a binding purchase offer.
The sales contract is concluded only once the Customer receives written order confirmation from Royal Bee Design (email confirmation).
Royal Bee Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of:
product unavailability
pricing errors
suspected fraud
logistical or production constraints
Contracts are concluded exclusively via the Website checkout process. Royal Bee Design does not conclude sales contracts via social media messages, direct messages, or comments on third-party platforms.
For bespoke or made-to-order items:
production begins only after written confirmation and payment (or agreed deposit)
lead times are indicative and depend on material availability and craftsmanship
changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started
Custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable.
Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:
credit/debit card
bank transfer
PayPal / Apple Pay
The Customer guarantees authorization to use the selected payment method.
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Deliveries are made to street level only, typically on a pallet or in protective crates.
Delivery inside buildings, upper floors, or installation services are not included unless agreed in writing and may incur additional costs.
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on:
product availability
destination
carrier performance
Delivery times are estimates only. A delivery delay does not automatically entitle the Customer to cancel the order. Any rights arising from delayed delivery are governed by applicable EU consumer protection law.
The Customer must ensure:
correct delivery address
suitable access for heavy and fragile goods
Failure to accept delivery or provide access may result in additional costs or return shipping at the Customer’s expense.
Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible.
If visible damage is present:
delivery must be refused or
reservations must be noted in writing on the delivery document
Customers are requested to report any damage or defect related to delivery within 48 hours of receipt in order to allow timely investigation and, where applicable, submission of a claim with the carrier or insurer.
To enable efficient processing, the report should include:
a clear description of the issue
photographs of the product
photographs of the packaging and shipping labels
Customers are requested to retain the damaged items and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Reporting within this timeframe supports prompt resolution and insurance handling and does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
In accordance with EU law, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery, except for:
custom-made or personalized products
made-to-order items
bespoke commissions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Orders placed by business clients are not subject to statutory withdrawal rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Royal Bee Design provides a limited warranty of 12 months from delivery for manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
natural stone variations
normal wear and tear
improper handling or use
damage caused by cleaning chemicals
accidents or misuse
outdoor use unless explicitly approved
Royal Bee Design may choose to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.
This limited warranty does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights arising from defective performance or lack of conformity under applicable Czech and EU consumer protection law. Statutory conformity rights apply for a period of 24 months from delivery and cannot be limited or excluded by this warranty.
Royal Bee Design is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
strikes
transport disruptions
supply shortages
natural disasters
governmental restrictions
If force majeure persists longer than three (3) months, either party may terminate the contract.
All content on the Website, including designs, images, texts, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of Royal Bee Design.
Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If the Customer is a consumer residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country of residence apply.
Disputes shall fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Royal Bee Design and the Customer.
In accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, and Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, consumers may resolve disputes arising from a purchase contract out of court. The competent ADR body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic.
Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Participation in ADR is voluntary and does not affect the consumer’s right to seek judicial remedies.
