Each Royal Bee Design piece is crafted with care using natural stone and artisanal processes. Due to the nature of our materials and production methods, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.royalbee.co and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, private customers (B2C) residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase of ready-made products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.
This right applies only to products that are:
ready-made
not custom-made or personalized
unused and suitable for resale
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
made-to-order or bespoke products
custom-made or personalized items
products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications
limited editions produced on request
B2B orders (unless expressly agreed in writing)
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
the return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
the item is returned within 14 days from notification of withdrawal
the item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
the item is returned in its original packaging, carefully re-packed in a well-padded shipping box
the item is suitable for safe transport due to its fragile and heavy nature
Royal Bee Design reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Our customer service team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer
The Customer is responsible for the item until it has been safely received by Royal Bee Design
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
Royal Bee Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If the returned item:
shows signs of use or damage
is improperly packaged
is missing original packaging
Royal Bee Design may:
issue a partial refund, or
refuse the return entirely
In such cases, the Customer will be notified and may request re-delivery at their own expense.
If re-delivery is refused, Royal Bee Design may retain the item and apply a refund reduction corresponding to the loss of value, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
If a return is approved:
the refund will include the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost
return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 30 days from receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Customers are requested to report any damage or defect related to delivery within 48 hours of receipt in order to allow timely investigation and, where applicable, submission of a claim with the carrier or insurer.
To enable efficient processing, the report should include:
a clear description of the issue
photographs of the product
photographs of the packaging and shipping labels
Customers are requested to retain the damaged items and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Reporting within this timeframe supports prompt resolution and insurance handling and does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Variations in colour, veining, texture, shade, or minor fissures are natural characteristics of stone and do not constitute defects.
Such variations are inherent to the material and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
